(work/development) is a 2000+ year old Taoist body practice originating from China. It can be used to balance and cultivate energy for health, to encourage strong and simple alignment of the spine and to aid well being and relaxation through various breathing techniques. Practicing Qi Gong involves carrying out very simple movements repeated over a number of times internally and externally. It enables the individual to have more control over the use of energy and breath in their own body and have a heightened sense of the space they inhabit in their daily lives.
